Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:


• Provide strategic support to the organization, responding to requests and recommending effective solutions to drive a high-performing culture that supports our mission, vision, and values.


• Collaborate closely with the Global People Partners to foster a positive employee experience, assisting with the implementation of programs, enhancing employee satisfaction, and retention.


• Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolutions and disciplinary actions, ensuring a fair and consistent approach throughout the employee life cycle.


• Support with the separation process and own off-boarding activities, maintaining knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.


• Assist with People metrics, analysis, and reporting's to identify trends, provide information, and insights to support decision making.


• Support the Global People Partners with key strategic projects and organizational development activities, partnering with the global People Team members to ensure a consistent approach.

Qualifications:


• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a dynamic fast-paced financial company.


• Solid understanding of HR best practices in a global, matrix environment and across HR generalist and CoE roles.


• Good understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements in the UK.


• Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.


• Strong desire to learn and high attention to detail.


• Advanced in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.


• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.


• Great sense of empathy, pragmatism, and a proactive mindset.
