We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team based in Stratford, London. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients regarding maintenance, repairs, and provision of building services.

Job Description:
  • This is a customer-facing role where you will work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and management to maintain high standards of service.
Requirements:
  1. A proven background in customer service with experience handling complaints.
  2. Fantastic communication and organisational skills with ability to balance varied workload and have good attention to detail.
  3. Strong communicator with ability to build and develop strong relationships.
  4. IT literate with knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Benefits:
  • Estimated salary: up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases with length of service).
  • Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
