Financial Operations Coordinator Role

Austin Fraser invites applications for a Financial Operations Coordinator to manage the financial aspects of billing, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate billing activities to guarantee timely and accurate execution.
  • Work closely with the billing team to develop and refine billing strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of billing goals and optimize billing processes.
  • Verify the billing platform for accuracy and align it with client expectations.
  • Process sales invoices for assigned clients or products.
  • Understand and apply billing regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with cost of sale reconciliations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, revenue recognition, and accounts payable/receivable procedures.
  • Familiarity with the marketing, digital, or media industry and its services.
  • Ideal proficiency in Hebrew, Dutch, Spanish, or German.

Compensation Details:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is £13.00 per hour PAYE, with possibilities of initial £15.00 per hour for two months and potential long-term arrangement.
