At Triumph Consultants Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Interim Change Specialist to join our team on a 7-month assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding best practice change management and adopting the Pension Team culture of strong standards and accountability.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a significant contribution to the success of the Pension team. You will operate with a degree of professional independence and autonomy, undertaking operational work with some project-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and conduct analysis, presenting results and recommending solutions to support decision making.
  • Analyse existing systems, processes, or policies and make recommendations for improvement or development.
  • Maintain, develop, and review systems, processes, procedures, and working methods to maximise service delivery, quality, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Provide specialist advice and recommendations within defined policy/strategy and procedures to support informed decision making.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification or significant vocational experience in change management principles and methodology. Experience in creating targeted communication and reporting complex issues to a range of audiences is also essential.
