Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree qualified or significant vocational experience in change management.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong organisational, project, and time management skills.
  • Able to solve problems and think analytically.

As a seasoned professional, you will have experience in delivering organisational culture change and public sector projects. Proficiency in business management, statistics, analytics, and spreadsheet software such as Excel is also required.
