This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager with a strong background in Defined Benefit pensions to join WTW's dynamic project management team.

The successful candidate will work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including GMP equalisation, Buy-In readiness, benefits rectification, and mergers and wind-ups for medium to large pension schemes.

With a focus on delivering high-quality client project outcomes, the role requires applying technical knowledge, consulting skills, and project management experience to guide project teams to optimal results.

A key responsibility will be to develop detailed project plans, establish robust governance frameworks, and provide day-to-day project management to deliver milestones within scope and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working background in UK Defined Benefit pensions, evidence of successful project delivery, and client-facing experience.

Additionally, they should possess experience in facilitating and leading project meetings, taking effective notes, and driving project outcomes through proactive and assertive management.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with flexible working opportunities and a 'hybrid' style, allowing for remote, in-person, and in-office interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
