Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Assistant to join our team at Lidl. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and contributing to the success of our business.

Responsibilities

  1. Unpack deliveries promptly and efficiently, ensuring products are accurately stocked and facing on the shop floor.
  2. Clean and maintain the store's access areas, ensuring they are clear and safe for our drivers.
  3. Ensure the store is well-maintained, including the shop floor and behind-the-scenes areas.
  4. Help organize promotional areas and maintain the visual appeal of our store.
  5. Conduct regular freshness checks and ensure stock is rotated to maintain quality.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail.
  2. Excellent attention to detail, even in a quick and dynamic environment.
  3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond positively to new challenges.
  4. Self-motivation and a strong work ethic to deliver high-quality results.
  5. Drive to contribute to the success of your store and the company as a whole.
  6. Previous experience working night shifts is a plus.
