Administrative Assistant

At Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Community Child Health Team on a 6-month Secondment/Fixed Term basis.
The role involves providing effective, confidential, and cohesive administrative and clerical support to the medical and nursing staff within the Directorate. This includes undertaking general administrative duties, such as updating the National Child Health computer system, and working closely with the School Nursing Team to provide services to the population of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
About the Role- Provide administrative support to the Community Child Health Team.
- Undertake general administrative duties, including data input procedures and hospital departmental tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high level of administrative skills, including keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in a similar role or equivalent training.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £23,970 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a comprehensive pension scheme, and a flexible working environment.
