About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Office Assistant to join our Community Child Health Team. This role will involve providing administrative support to medical and nursing staff, enabling them to deliver high-quality patient care.

This fixed-term position is based on a 6-month contract and will involve working closely with the School Nursing Team to provide services to the population of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB).

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Community Child Health, Medical and Nursing staff within the Directorate.
  • Undertake clerical duties associated with School Health Services, supporting medical and nursing staff in delivering services.
  • Prioritize tasks and utilize initiative to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with people face-to-face and over the telephone. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and various databases.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000-£35,000 per annum, dependent upon experience and qualifications.
