About the Role

We are looking for a purpose-driven and self-starting individual to join our growing Social Sustainability team at Managing Consultant level. As part of ERM's Capital Project Delivery team, you will be responsible for working with the world's leading organisations on the delivery of large complex projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and undertaking programmes of stakeholder engagement and consultation for capital projects.
  • Informing environmental/social impact assessments (UK and Internationally).
  • Providing advisory support to delivering social value and social performance.
  • Project Management, report preparation, and support in proposal writing and client business development.

Requirements
  • Experience working in a Consultancy environment.
  • Experience working on infrastructure projects.
  • Strong project management experience including management of scopes of work and budgets.
  • Knowledge and experience of UK planning and consenting regimes.
  • Excellent report writing, analytical and inter-personal skills with diligent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the UN Guiding Principles, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, World Bank, IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles is desirable.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English – additional language skills would be advantageous.
