Consultant Psychiatrist for Community Forensic Services

About the Team:
We are a dynamic team of experts dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will join a talented group of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on our patients' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage patients' mental health, developing individualized treatment plans as needed
- Lead clinical teams and provide supervision and guidance as required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery
Requirements:
- Eligible for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of gaining CCT in Psychiatry
- CCT in Psychiatry
- Experience in assessing and treating individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Ability to appraise own performance as a consultant psychiatrist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Competitive salary: £105,504 - £139,882 per annum, pro rata plus 10% R&R (non-contractual)
