Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels and ordering materials for a growing business based in the Leeming Bar area.

About the Role:

  • Accurately manage and monitor all inventory stock levels on the ERP system, ensuring maximum cash flow by maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Collate data from the production team daily to update the ERP system.
  • Conduct monthly stock takes and review inventory levels with the production team.
  • Receive purchasing requests from other departments, place orders, and resolve any supplier issues that may arise.
  • Raise purchase orders for each request.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a stock/inventory role from a manufacturing/engineering/distribution background.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar.
  • Purchasing administration experience is beneficial but not essential.
