As Kitchen Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our kitchen, including meal preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality food and providing excellent customer service.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with one in four weekends off. You'll also enjoy discounted meals on shift, free parking, and access to our employee benefits program.

A typical day in this role may involve:

  • Coordinating menu planning and execution with our chef de partie team.
  • Conducting regular stock checks, managing inventory, and placing orders as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate records, and reporting any incidents.

Requirements for this position include:

  • A Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or willingness to obtain it.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
