Job Summary

This role involves cooking and preparing food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, minimizing wastage. Assisting with deliveries, stock checks, and kitchen records. Daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans. Sharing responsibility for checking and signing food deliveries.

The successful candidate will be proficient in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. A minimum of 12.00 pounds per hour, 40 hours per week (shift pattern).

  • Prior kitchen experience required.
  • Food Hygiene certificate level 2 or willing to work towards it.
  • Proficient spoken English.
