We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in the UK & Irish markets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for owning your territory, identifying new opportunities, pitching and negotiating with C-Level executives, and building strong relationships with strategic prospects and clients.
You will work independently and collaboratively with local sales partners to close business and achieve your quota. You will also contribute to developing and scaling our business in the region.
- This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus annual bonus, health insurance premium reimbursement, transportation reimbursement, onboarding at our Paris HQ, professional development, 25 days of paid leave/year + public holidays, and retirement savings plan.
We are seeking an experienced professional with 6+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in complex SaaS products with long sales cycles. You should have a proven track record of sales success, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate long-term sales cycles with C-level executives.
You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English, and be able to make complex things feel simple. You should also be proactive, dynamic, curious, eager to learn, and action-oriented, with a sincere interest in Akur8 and its solutions.
- Prior experience in the insurance space or tech companies is a plus.
- You should be familiar with sales protocols, SaaS company processes, CRMs, Slack communication, and multi-team interactions.
- You should have good self-management skills, be efficient, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- You should have a 'pioneer' mindset, with the agility and adaptability required to open new markets and interact with CTOs/Risk Management Teams.
