About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects aiming to explain and position the functionality and benefits of our products to our customers and partners.

You will work closely with our product team ensuring a constant feedback loop between how our products work today, new feature releases, and mapping those to client requirements. Your responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of our customers' needs, participating in all stages of the sales lifecycle, and maintaining a constant feedback loop and collaboration around this topic with Product Owners.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs, their industry, business goals, and the way they function internally.
  • Participate in all stages of the sales lifecycle, including pitches, demonstrations, and technical workshops.
  • Maintain a constant feedback loop and collaboration around this topic with Product Owners.
  • Work with each product team to ensure feature demos and product collateral support your needs.
  • Combine your deep functional and technical understanding of our products with knowledge of our customers to carefully choose which aspects or benefits of our product to highlight or downplay to each potential customer.
  • Propose creative uses, adaptations, and customisations of our products to better meet individual customer needs.
  • Propose a sequenced approach to rollout or launching with a customer to reduce time to go-live as much as possible.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to define the business value proposition, target audience, and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure communications explain clearly what the business does and drive the right level of understanding and performance through sales collateral.
