Sales & Marketing Manager - Hospitality

CV Screen Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to inform sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, traders, and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with traders, partners, and tenants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Drive sales initiatives to attract new tenants and partnerships, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to senior leadership to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a commercial sales & marketing role, preferably within the retail, hospitality, or events sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Experience with venue or event management to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with the Liverpool market and local business landscape to inform sales and marketing initiatives.
