Key Responsibilities:- Create and deliver short, medium, and long-term strategies to drive B2B commercial growth while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Lead the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to achieve and exceed B2B commercial growth targets.
- Cultivate commercial and technical innovation to keep the business competitive.
- Ensure best practices from the CRM system flow, social media output, marketing campaigns, to customer service.
- Build strong supplier relationships and nurture partnerships to broker opportunities for new products and supplier opportunities.
- 6+ years of commercial leadership experience for an online B2B brand, with a proven track record of scaling a business.
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory and legal contexts within which businesses operate.
- Ability to extract and interpret detailed sales and financial data.
- Superb communication skills and effective people management style.
- Passion for keeping abreast of marketing and industry trends.
- Basic salary from £65k depending on experience.
- Performance-based bonus (KPIs to be set with the stakeholder).
