Job Overview: We are seeking a Quality and Service Leader to join our team at Euro Car Parts Limited. This role plays a crucial part in driving excellence in customer service and ensuring that all departmental operations meet the highest standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing shift reporting and communication, creating a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering requirements within the agreed financial budget. They must also have strong communication skills for shift reporting and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
