About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Student Service Delivery team as a Future Students Enquiries Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound enquiries from prospective students, applicants, and agents via various channels, including telephone, WhatsApp, live chat, and email.
  • Participate in Open Days, Offer Holder Days, and other events for prospective students and applicants, as well as outbound call campaigns and communications.
  • Collaborate with other student service providers to ensure consistent and collaborative service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service standards and quality improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex enquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, unified telephony, and other digital tools.
