Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Operational Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day activities of a team involved in the delivery of safe, effective, and productive provision of outputs associated with the distribution delivery plan.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote and drive an exemplary health and safety culture and performance.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they adhere to safe working practices.
  • Monitor and manage budgets and cost information to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Evaluate and improve team performance through constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve overall business objectives.
