Design Expert Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our Advisory Service Department as a Design Expert Lead. This is a key role that requires a proactive and innovative approach to customer-focused service improvement.
You will be responsible for leading a team committed to providing customers with design expertise and innovative solutions tailored to their project needs. The role involves travel and collaboration with various internal teams, with the unique opportunity to advocate for the team within regional forums and support continuous service innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operational Improvement and Efficiency: Develop and refine operational workflows, supporting team efficiency and consistent, high-quality project delivery.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead the recruitment, training, and professional development of team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and excellence in customer service.
- Onboarding and Training Programmes: Design and oversee onboarding and training initiatives that equip new team members with the skills and knowledge needed to integrate effectively.
- Digital Platform Development: Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of digital platforms to support project management, improve customer engagement, and streamline design processes.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000-£75,000, depending on experience.
