As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualised support to clients, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to live independently.
This may involve supporting clients with daily tasks, such as accessing healthcare services, managing finances, and maintaining healthy relationships.
You will also work closely with external agencies, including healthcare professionals, to ensure that clients receive the best possible care and support.
About The RoleYou will have a working knowledge of complex mental health needs and/or experience in social care settings.

Empower people to develop skills, strengths, and talents.
Familiarity with community resources and organisations is desirable.
Experience in mental health support, education, training, and/or leading activities is preferred.
