Care Support Specialist

Join Harbour Healthcare Limited, a Family run business with care homes across the UK, as a Senior Care Assistant. This role is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to our residents in Plymouth.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, including assisting with personal care needs, promoting independence, and encouraging participation in activities. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that each resident receives holistic care that meets their unique needs and preferences.
