Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Support Specialist to join our team at Digitaltidewave. As a key member of our healthcare operations, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with physical health monitoring in primary care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake regular physical health checks, including height and weight measurement, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, pulse oximeter, peak flow measurements, ECGs, venepuncture, and blood glucose testing.
  • Recognise and report changes in patients' physical and mental health, recording and acting on observations.
  • Contribute to maintaining the overall well-being of patients in primary care.
