We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our Family Assessment Service in Croydon.

Job Description:
  1. Carry out complex child protection enquiries, working closely with partner agencies to safeguard children and young people.
  2. Develop and implement effective interventions to support families and promote positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and possess strong analytical and writing skills.

Requirements:
  • Possess a strong understanding of systemic practice and its application in social work.
  • Be able to manage complex cases and work effectively under pressure.
  • Have excellent time management skills and be able to meet deadlines.
