Family Support Practitioner

Early Intervention Role
This specialist role is integral to our Children Services team, focusing on early intervention and support for families across various levels of need. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, enabling them to build trust with families and connect them with essential resources.
As a key worker, you will collaborate closely with families, management, and wider services to deliver high-quality support and address complex family circumstances. You will also receive regular case supervision to support your work.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience in making informed decisions that drive improved outcomes and reduce safeguarding risks.
- In-depth knowledge of the Early Help support continuum, encompassing health, education, and third sector services.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and research.
- Familiarity with relevant children's legislation and statutory services.
