Job Description

Internal Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Smartsearch Recruitment Ltd. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our modular space solutions and their benefits to effectively communicate them to potential clients.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and sales leads with professionalism, promptly responding to customer queries and providing accurate information about our solutions.
  • Convert calls to sales by utilizing your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
  • Plan and prioritize customer/prospect contacts to ensure agreed sales targets are achieved.
  • Manage a portfolio of local regular customers, nurturing accounts to drive repeat business and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrate a strong desire for sales success, proactively seeking self-improvement and actively participating in sales training and development programs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-focused role, such as Sales Executive, Customer Service Executive, Telesales Executive, Inbound Sales Executive, or similar.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a competitive mindset and a relentless drive to succeed.
