Job Purpose:The Data-Driven Revenue Expert will support the Commercial division, responsible for generating revenue through advertising sales, brand partnerships, sponsorships, and digital channels. This role involves bringing high-value data and business insights to the Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Leadership team to inform profitable decisions.
Main Responsibilities:- Negotiate and prioritize insights portfolio with C-Suite stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Manage ongoing relationships with designated C-suite and Senior Leaders, providing accurate and powerful intelligence to inform their business decisions.
- Interpret and translate data into actionable insights, using storytelling techniques to ensure easy understanding by business stakeholders.
- Recommend new approaches to insight delivery, leveraging market and industry perspectives, data sets, and analysis methods.
- Lead a team of 2-4 Insight Analysts to provide evidence-based insights and develop their capabilities.
- Experience supporting commercial divisions or sales teams with advertising-based revenues.
- Proven track record in insight provision and business understanding, including industry sector knowledge and competitor activity.
- Strong engagement skills, with the ability to build long-term trusted relationships with C-suite/Senior Leaders.
- Influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to challenge and advise leaders on strategic objectives.
- Collaboration and project management skills, with experience leading specialist teams and briefing external research agencies.
Estimated salary: £88,000 - £105,000 + benefits. We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can drive revenue growth through data-driven insights and commercial expertise.
