Specialist Practitioner

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Specialist to join our Integrated Offender Health Service. As a Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing coordinated intervention, support, and risk management across multiple agencies.
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various agencies to achieve a shared goal of reducing reoffending rates.
The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, led by a registered clinical/forensic psychologist. Key responsibilities include supporting assessments, formulation, and delivery of psychological interventions.
A strong understanding of risk management and collaboration with partnership agencies is essential for this role.
About the Role:- Provide psychological interventions to address mental health needs
- Collaborate with the wider MDT and partnership agencies to support psychological understanding of an individual's difficulties
- Support consultations, provide training, facilitate supervision, and conduct evaluations of interventions
The Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of mental healthcare services across Birmingham and Solihull, as well as specialised services nationally.
Salary Details:The salary for this role is £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, pro rata.
