Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of business analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define business strategies and objectives, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement best practices for business analysis within the organization, ensuring a common approach and high standards.
Business Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business performance.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories, driving project success.
Stakeholder Management
  • Engage with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
Project Management
  • Oversee the planning and execution of business analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with project managers to track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues, ensuring project success.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making, driving business growth and improvement.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in business analysis processes, ensuring the organization remains competitive and innovative.

A background check will be conducted in accordance with local laws, and the successful candidate will be required to work outside normal working hours for global team meetings, urgent calls, and stand-ups.
