About the Role

AVEVA is a global leader in industrial software, delivering cutting-edge solutions to thousands of enterprises worldwide. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team and help drive the success of our Campaign to Cash Transformation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of business analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define business strategies and objectives, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement best practices for business analysis within the organization, ensuring a common approach and high standards.
Business Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize business performance.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and User Stories, driving project success and delivery.
Stakeholder Management
  • Engage with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
Project Management
  • Oversee the planning and execution of business analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with project managers to track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues, ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a business analyst lead, with a track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
  • Experience in working with complex systems and data sets, driving business improvement and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather data and propose solutions that drive process improvements, business performance, and efficiency.
  • Working knowledge of UML and BPMN, with experience in Waterfall, agile, and scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to work outside normal working hours for global team meetings, urgent calls, and stand-ups.
