An international manufacturer based near Lichfield is seeking a skilled MIS Manager to improve software management procedures across the group. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of IoT innovation and drive growth within the company.

About the Position:
We require a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in managing and optimising business applications and systems. This MIS Manager will be responsible for leading dynamic projects, improving software management procedures, and working closely with the team to achieve business goals.

Required Skills:
• At least 5 years experience in software and vendor management (apps, ERP's, CRM, WMS etc)
• Proven track record in managing & optimizing business applications & systems (ideally at a group level)
• Business process improvement skills
• Strong vendor and supplier management
• Team leadership skills
• Experience delivering training and mentoring on software products
• A positive can-do attitude with the ability to take the lead on projects
• Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communications
