Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Handler to join our Private Clients team. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-net-worth clients, providing them with tailored insurance solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with Private or HNW Clients
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with colleagues to support on larger accounts, including attending meetings, taking notes, and communicating with insurers
  • Identify and explore opportunities for existing clients to drive the best possible outcome
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, ensuring you are always equipped to provide expert advice
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
Requirements
  • Experience in developing and building relationships with Private or HNW Clients
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues to support on larger accounts
  • Business acumen and ability to identify opportunities for growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
