About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our growing Private Clients team at Howden Group Holdings. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with the wider team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with Private or HNW clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with colleagues to support on larger accounts, attending meetings, taking notes, and communicating with insurers.
  • Identify and explore opportunities for existing clients to drive the best possible outcome, demonstrating a business curiosity and tenacity.
  • Provide consultative advice on products and solutions, taking the time to fully understand client requirements and referring identified opportunities.
  • Participate in training and development schemes, accelerating career progression and enhancing professional qualifications.
