Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our Private Clients team. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-net-worth clients, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives, including attending meetings, taking notes, and communicating with insurers.
  • Identify opportunities to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction, using your business acumen and consultative skills to explore new revenue streams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service, including responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
