Holiday Camp Manager:
We are looking for an experienced Holiday Camp Manager to join our team at Oxford Active Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our holiday camps, providing a safe and engaging environment for children.

This role requires someone with at least 2 years' experience working with children in a play, educational, or sports environment. You should also have strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding children. A confident communication style and ability to build effective relationships with parents, staff, and children are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of staff.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities for children.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents, schools, and local authorities.


Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
