About the Role:

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our EMEA Product Market Growth team. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to regional and global initiatives, driving the implementation of our product strategy and delivering value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining and developing an innovative product roadmap aligned with our company vision.
  • Contribute to identifying and assessing growth opportunities in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy and provide regular updates.
  • Challenge and work with the team to ensure initiatives deliver value for the company, clients, and customers.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach, considering how each initiative affects their experiences.

Product Execution:

  • Support the ongoing management of outcome-focused product roadmaps based on our company vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and clients for product launches and deliverables.
  • Contribute to discovery workshops with partners, clients, and customers to ensure delivered products meet expectations.
  • Assist in defining new features, functionality, and services aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Deliver quick-to-market test and learn experiments to gain understanding before a full product build.

Data-Driven and Customer-Centric Approach:

  • Analyze performance of initiatives using data sources and drive growth through data-driven experiments and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Measure initiative-level outcomes and connect them to key metrics for business success.

Influencing:

  • Communicate progress to the wider EMEA teams and stakeholders, providing reports to support progress.
  • Evaluate concerns and analyze feedback to maintain good working relationships across the EMEA region.
  • Effectively challenge where necessary, ensuring understanding and collaboration among team members.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
