Supporting Students with SEN

This role is based in Liverpool and the surrounding areas, where we have a strong presence in supporting local schools and educators. You will be working with students who face various learning challenges, including autism, ADHD, and physical impairments, to provide them with the tools they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and other support staff to create a comprehensive support network.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SEN education and share your knowledge with our team.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Harness experience in SEN education and a proven track record of success.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and support staff.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of various SEN conditions and applicable teaching strategies.
