As an SEN Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students with special educational needs. Your role will involve working closely with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment, providing individualized support, and helping students overcome barriers to their education.

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, adapting teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and other support strategies.
  • Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure cohesive and effective student support.
