About the Position

As a Pre-Access Registration Specialist, you will be working closely with our team to ensure accurate and efficient patient registration and billing processes.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Clinical documentation and data entry for patient information.
  • Insurance verification and eligibility checks.
  • Preparing and sending patient statements and notifications.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a High School diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one (1) year of experience working in acute care, medical office, or insurance, and knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
