Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administration Specialist to join our team at Taylor James Resourcing. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for delivering first-class administrative support to our Compensation and Benefits Manager and a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data entry for new starters, leavers, and transfers.
  2. Processing employee changes for various payrolls including overseas.
  3. Helping to produce statutory calculations – Tax, NI, SMP, SSP.
  4. Providing assistance with benefits administration (e.g., updating schemes with new starters, leavers, transfers, and any employee data changes, as well as assisting with the renewals of schemes).
  5. Timesheet and overtime entry.
  6. Supporting with audit processes.
  7. Acting as a point of contact for the payroll team, helping to respond to queries and escalating where necessary.
  8. Able to run payroll end to end, including RTI submissions.
  9. Helping with Year End P60s, P11Ds.
  10. Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of ResourceLink Payroll system is preferable.
  2. Experienced in payroll administration.
  3. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  4. High level of attention to detail and accuracy with reviewing payroll, reports, and HR systems.
