Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Administration Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and organized Payroll and Benefits Administration Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support to the payroll team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compensation, and benefits activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data entry for new starters, leavers, and transfers.
  2. Processing employee changes for various payrolls, including overseas.
  3. Producing statutory calculations – Tax, NI, SMP, SSP.
  4. Providing assistance with benefits administration, including updating schemes with new starters, leavers, transfers, and employee data changes.
  5. Timesheet and overtime entry.
  6. Supporting with audit processes.
  7. Acting as a point of contact for the payroll team, responding to queries and escalating where necessary.
  8. Running payroll end to end, including RTI submissions.
  9. Assisting with Year End P60s, P11ds.
  10. Additional duties as required to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of ResourceLink Payroll system is advantageous.
  2. Experience in payroll administration.
  3. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  4. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing payroll, reports, and HR system.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (with flexibility).
