**Job Description:**
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a qualified therapist to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating children and young people with a wide range of mental health conditions.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Deliver evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapies and other interventions as required
- Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

**Requirements and Benefits:**
- A recognized core profession (e.g., Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology)
- Eligibility for BABCP accreditation (or equivalent) as a CBT Therapist
- A clinical Master's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating mastery-level skills
- An annual salary range of £45,000 - £65,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience
