Our client is seeking an experienced HR Project Officer to lead a company-wide job evaluation project on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects efficiently and effectively, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:

The HR Project Officer will be responsible for working closely with hiring managers to refine and develop accurate job profiles for over 250 roles. They will also manage and maintain control of job specifications, ensuring clarity and precision throughout the process. Additionally, they will gather and act on feedback from employees at all levels to support the evolution of job descriptions.

The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organised, and proactive with excellent time management skills. They will also be a strong communicator, able to engage with employees and managers confidently and build relationships effectively.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience of delivering projects efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:
