Workforce Improvement Officer

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to lead a key project focused on improving our workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a company-wide job evaluation project, collaborating with hiring managers to refine and develop accurate job profiles for over 250 roles.

About the Job:
  • This role is focused on leading a company-wide job evaluation project and supporting recruitment activities as needed.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £31,500 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A hybrid working model, allowing you to spend 2-3 days in our office in Newark and the rest working from home.
