We are seeking a Workforce Development Officer to join our team at SF Recruitment in Newark. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a company-wide job evaluation project, developing accurate job profiles for over 250 roles, and providing occasional support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Lead the job evaluation project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  2. Job Profile Development: Develop accurate job profiles that meet the needs of our business.
  3. Support: Provide occasional support to the HR team with other projects as needed.

A salary of £30,000 - £31,500 per annum is available, plus benefits including a hybrid working model, enhanced pension scheme, flexible working hours, and generous annual leave entitlement.
