About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Professional Growth Specialist to manage the delivery of global learning programs. This role involves ensuring a positive experience for participants and facilitators, supervising the Learning and Development administrator, and overseeing the Learning and Development budget and invoicing process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the global professional qualification, membership, and external course process.
- Drive process improvements in the administration of learning and development programs.
- Maintain high standards of service and assist in developing the professional reputation of the function.
- Build and maintain professional and positive relationships with partners and employees.
- Create monthly reports on firm engagement in learning and ad hoc reports as requested.
- Oversee partner and employee onboarding processes and participate in welcome sessions.
- Coordinate learning and development communications, keeping tools like Monday.com and the HR Intranet up to date.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to build trust and confidentiality at all times. You should have a deep understanding of learning and development concepts, including adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
