  • Duty Management: Manage shifts, taking responsibility for 121 rooms and 7 meeting rooms for large functions and events.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop revenue and profit margins.
  • Guest Service: Provide information to guests within your field of competence or direct them to the right person.
  • Courtesy and Politeness: Remain polite and courteous at all times, handling customer requests with professionalism.
  • Inventory Management: Supervise stock rotations for soft and alcoholic drinks and catering supplies, identifying needs.
  • Quality Control: Supervise and check the bar, restaurant, menu, and presentation.
  • Standards and Audit: Apply reference standards and audit procedures as defined by the hotel and brand.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with departments close to the F&B department.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure equipment is kept clean and well-maintained, in line with hygiene regulations.

Qualifications: Food and Beverage Hotel experience, as well as Duty Manager experience, is mandatory.
