About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cancer Care Coordinator to join our team at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. As a key member of our cancer care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and guidance to patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cancer care pathways and be able to navigate complex systems with ease. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care, including scheduling appointments and managing medical records. Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
